North Carolina Rock Climbing Guides and Instruction

North Carolina Rock Climbing

North Carolina has some of the best rock climbing in the U.S. Our job is to use this world class terrain to help you meet your climbing goals as quickly as possible.

We guide the best of the major crags in North Carolina on both rock and ice, including Looking Glass Rock, Table Rock, Moore's Wall, Linville Gorge, Shortoff Mountain, and Whitesides.

Our Courses:  We teach various courses including
*intro to outdoor rock climbing
*toprope setup
*lead climbing
*multipitch
*self-rescue
*guide skills

More info on our courses can be found at our master site here.

Our Guides:  We are the oldest and  smallest guide service in the southeast.  We do not guide solely to fund our personal climbing trips.  We are not business people, and we do not sell climbing gear. We are climbing guides because we love climbing, we have much experience to share,  we are great teachers, and we love guiding.
